By creating an account or using WTM you agree to these terms.
Who can use WTM
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use WTM. You're responsible for keeping access to your email account secure.
Zero tolerance for objectionable content
WTM has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You may not post or send anything that:
- harasses, bullies, threatens or intimidates anyone;
- is hateful or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or any other protected characteristic;
- is sexually explicit, violent, or promotes self-harm or illegal activity;
- impersonates someone else or is spam.
WTM automatically filters some offensive language. You can report any move, comment or user and block anyone from the app. We review reports within 24 hours and will remove offending content and suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
Your content
You own what you post. You give WTM permission to store it and show it to the people described in our Privacy Policy so the app can work. You can delete your moves, your comments or your whole account at any time.
Ending your account
You can delete your account in the app under Profile → Delete Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these terms.
Disclaimers
WTM is provided "as is". Plans posted on WTM are made by users; meet up responsibly. To the extent permitted by law, WTM is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
Apple
These terms are between you and WTM, not Apple. Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies.
